Q         I am unable to find property of any particular area?

A          On the home page, please click on the list of cities on the left hand side of the page and then click the locality and you will find that on the center of the page, a list of all category types like residential land, mig etc, please click on the relevant property type and you will find the whole list of properties.

Q         I need all the properties of available with MIG or independent house or any other type?

A          Please click on the MIG or any type you looking for and you will find the whole list of properties under that category.

 Q         How can I contact you?

A          on the home page, top right side you will see a contact us link, please click on that, a form will open where you can put your relevant details / queries.

 Q         How to Login/ register to this website?

A          on the home page, middle right side, you will see a option of login and register, if you are new to website, then please click on register or else click login by it’s side and enter your chosen username and password and submit

 Q         How can I send and receive my booking?

A          you need to first login into your account and then, click on browse and then click on relevant city, then locality then property type and then specific property you wish to book, then on the right hand side you will see a option, available to sell and below that a button book now, click on that and it will open a page which will show your available balance in your account, if it is zero then you will not be able to book, it will tell you the minimum balance which you should have to book this property. To buy or sell any property you need to pay a commission and to authenticate your actions, you need to provide a guarantee in the form of security deposit, which is also termed as minimum balance. If you have a balance higher than minimum balance, you may book the property and the minimum balance is deducted from your account. And a confirmation note is flashed after pushing the button and an email is sent to your account as well.

 

 Q         How can I send any message to the property owner or buyer?

A          you need to first login into your account and then, click on the relevant property listing of buyer or seller and on the right hand side, you will see the button of send message click on that and a page will open and you can simply write a message to him and then click send.

 

 Q         What are LIG, MIG, HIG, UIG, Penthouse, Independent house, and bungalow?

A          All these are property types, which are available in the market. Definitions as below

LIG refers to a space normally used by a ‘Lower Income GroupEpeople and consists of one bedroom + one drawing room + one toilet cum bath + one kitchen

MIG Refers to a space normally used by a ‘Medium Income GroupEpeople and consists of Two bedroom + one drawing room+ one toilet cum bath+ one kitchen

HIG refers to a space normally used by a ‘Higher Income GroupEpeople and consists of three bedroom + one drawing room + two toilet cum bath + one kitchen

A          To create your Login Id and password, you need to click on register (in the right hand side of homepage) and then, fill the details in the registration form and choose a username and password and then, your login ID will be created and a confirmation mail will be sent to your email address as well.

A          My funds link displays the available balance in your account, or if you wish to add or withdraw any amount from your account. A          Registration is absolutely free and listing the information of your property/requirement is also free. You need not spend a single paisa for that, all you need to do is put the true information only as it will be verified and please let us know, if there is change in the status of your need which you listed. We only charge commission on the successful deal and to meet the buyer or seller you need to maintain a minimum balance as security in your account depending on the probable deal. A

 

 Q         What are your booking charges and how can I pay to book a particular property/item?

A          To book any property/item, you need to pay the applicable commission in advance say for e.g.- for a property of 25lakhs, the commission rate is 1% and hence the applicable commission is Rs25000. You can pay it in full and meet the buyer and get your deal done or else, for your convenience we have also introduced a minimum payment scheme, say for the above e.g., you simply need to pay 20% of the total commission as advance i.e. Rs5000 only and the balance amount reflects as liability to your account which you need to pay on the date of legal transfer of the property/Item to your name. The money, which you pay as advance, is fully refundable/ adjustable if the deal does not matures after signing an affidavit along with cancellation request.
