Q         I am unable to find property of any particular area?

A          On the home page, please click on the list of cities on the left hand side of the page and then click the locality and you will find that on the center of the page, a list of all category types like residential land, mig etc, please click on the relevant property type and you will find the whole list of properties.

Q         I need all the properties of available with MIG or independent house or any other type?

A          Please click on the MIG or any type you looking for and you will find the whole list of properties under that category.

 Q         How can I contact you?

A          on the home page, top right side you will see a contact us link, please click on that, a form will open where you can put your relevant details / queries.

 Q         How to Login/ register to this website?

A          on the home page, middle right side, you will see a option of login and register, if you are new to website, then please click on register or else click login by it’s side and enter your chosen username and password and submit

 Q         How can I send and receive my booking?

A          you need to first login into your account and then, click on browse and then click on relevant city, then locality then property type and then specific property you wish to book, then on the right hand side you will see a option, available to sell and below that a button book now, click on that and it will open a page which will show your available balance in your account, if it is zero then you will not be able to book, it will tell you the minimum balance which you should have to book this property. To buy or sell any property you need to pay a commission and to authenticate your actions, you need to provide a guarantee in the form of security deposit, which is also termed as minimum balance. If you have a balance higher than minimum balance, you may book the property and the minimum balance is deducted from your account. And a confirmation note is flashed after pushing the button and an email is sent to your account as well.

 Q         How can I send any message to the property owner or buyer?

A          you need to first login into your account and then, click on the relevant property listing of buyer or seller and on the right hand side, you will see the button of send message click on that and a page will open and you can simply write a message to him and then click send.

 Q         What are LIG, MIG, HIG, UIG, Penthouse, Independent house, and bungalow?

A          All these are property types, which are available in the market. Definitions as below

LIG refers to a space normally used by a ‘Lower Income GroupEpeople and consists of one bedroom + one drawing room + one toilet cum bath + one kitchen

MIG Refers to a space normally used by a ‘Medium Income GroupEpeople and consists of Two bedroom + one drawing room+ one toilet cum bath+ one kitchen

HIG refers to a space normally used by a ‘Higher Income GroupEpeople and consists of three bedroom + one drawing room + two toilet cum bath + one kitchen

UIG refers to a space normally used by a ‘Upper Income GroupEpeople and consists of four bedroom + one drawing room +three toilet cum bath +one dining room +one kitchen + one store room, servant room is optional

Penthouse refers to a space used by ‘Luxurious & wealthyEpeople and consists of five bedroom + one drawing room + one dining room + five toilet cum bath + one kitchen + one store room + open terrace space with garden, servant room is must

Q         How can I create my logid and password?

A          To create your Login Id and password, you need to click on register (in the right hand side of homepage) and then, fill the details in the registration form and choose a username and password and then, your login ID will be created and a confirmation mail will be sent to your email address as well.

Q         What are my funds and how can I use it?

A          My funds link displays the available balance in your account, or if you wish to add or withdraw any amount from your account. My funds reflect your money deposited with us in good trust, faith and security. All the available balance is the money you can withdraw from your account at any time.

Q         What is winks and how can I sent and receive it?

A          Winks are the initiation message of interest from a customer to other, where no message is included but people who are registered but have zero balance in their account and wish to show interest in some buyer or seller, then they can send winks and could also receive winks as shown in their account.

Q         What is the meaning of annual income range?

An        Annual income range refers to the average financial gain/ income, which you make in last year or current year. For e.g. Ea person earning Rs5000 per month, would be considered as Rs60,000 per year or annum. Hence, his annual income range would be 60k to 100k.

Q         what is your registration fees or listing fees?

A          Registration is absolutely free and listing the information of your property/requirement is also free. You need not spend a single paisa for that, all you need to do is put the true information only as it will be verified and please let us know, if there is change in the status of your need which you listed. We only charge commission on the successful deal and to meet the buyer or seller you need to maintain a minimum balance as security in your account depending on the probable deal. A

 Q         What are your booking charges and how can I pay to book a particular property/item?

A          To book any property/item, you need to pay the applicable commission in advance say for e.g.- for a property of 25lakhs, the commission rate is 1% and hence the applicable commission is Rs25000. You can pay it in full and meet the buyer and get your deal done or else, for your convenience we have also introduced a minimum payment scheme, say for the above e.g., you simply need to pay 20% of the total commission as advance i.e. Rs5000 only and the balance amount reflects as liability to your account which you need to pay on the date of legal transfer of the property/Item to your name. The money, which you pay as advance, is fully refundable/ adjustable if the deal does not matures after signing an affidavit along with cancellation request.

A          On the home page right hand side top corner, you may see the link of terms & conditions, clicking on the link will open a page which will tell all the details of terms & conditions of operation, privacy policy maintained by the company for the benefit of customer and the disclaimer for any in discrepancies if occur in future.

Q         What is the guarantee that my security money/ booking money is safe with you company and what is the procedure to get refund of my money?

A          Booking money/security money is kept as a security and it is fully 100% refundable. Money is kept in good faith & trust with our company but in your account and the available balance can be withdrawn at any time. If you wish to take refund of you’re money then deducting all the current liabilities, and providing a affidavit, you may withdraw all the available balance.

Q         How to receive refund of my money?

A          After login, please click on my funds and then choose the option of withdraw funds and fill the amount you wish to withdraw from your account and submit the request and within one week time you will receive cheque on your registered address, if there is any change in address please update in your profile.

A          In the my properties section, each property is having a link of modify, clicking on that , you may modify any of the details of the property including price and can submit the details.

Q         The price shown is fixed or negotiable?

A          Prices shown are the asking or demand price. Prices should be considered as fixed while at the final meeting a discount or some consideration could be discussed.

Q         what is the meaning of independent house/flat/floor?

A          Independent house is the term used for a house which has separate entrance from public access like, road, street, gali etc. and owns the land as the construction of building done on land.

            Independent flat is the term used for a portion of building where entrance from public access is shared by other members of the building and may or may not own the rights of land and roof.

            Independent Floor is the term used for a floor of building where entrance is shared from public access road and may or may not own the rights of land and roof.

A          The price shown is in Lakhs of Indian rupees.

Q         How can I find my personal details (address ,contact no, etc) to modify or change ?

A          after login into your account, please click on the update profile link and then , you could modify your personal details or could add more details also.

Q         How can i found full detail of any property?

A          while browsing, please click on any price and you will be able to get a list of properties and then, on the right hand side, you will see a link of view detail, please click on that and you will get all the details of that property.

Q         Are the picture is shown with property details is real?

A          yes, the picture shown is of the real property and if you need additional pictures or details , please click on view detail.

Q         what is transaction type and status in my funds page?

A          Transaction type is the reference detail for which the payment is related to, and status shows the current status of payment received or in process.

Q         How do I get to know if I have received any booking or messages or winks?

A          If you have posted any property for sale, then in you’re my properties section, you will see links for bookings received, messages received and winks received.

Q         I am unable to find my city and locality?

A          If the name of your city or locality is not there, then after registration please enter your property details or requirement in the form and in the city or locality section, ( in the other box, ) , write the name of your city or locality.

Q         what is private & public collaboration?

A          Private collaboration Eas the name suggests, it is the collaboration / partnership done in order to execute any particular project for mutual benefits of any two individuals or group or company. For eg.
